Wolf Theiss advises Harvia in purchase of Sentiotec
As part of the sales process, Wolf Theiss is advising Harvia Group Oy in questions of Austrian, Romanian and Serbian law, particularly as it applies to legal due diligence, the purchase agreement and various other contracts that guarantee close collaboration between sentiotec and abatec Group in the future.
