Wolf Theiss advises IS Dongseo on the acquisition of BTS Technology

Bratislava, 11 September 2023 – Wolf Thiess, working alongside Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, acted as local counsel to IS Dongseo in order to facilitate the South Korean waste management company’s acquisition of BTS Technology, a Slovakia-based EV battery recycling company operating within Europe.

Wolf Theiss, working alongside Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, London, advised South Korean complex waste management company IS Dongseo, on the acquisition of BTS Technology, an electrical vehicle battery recycling company operating in Slovakia, Hungary and Poland that manages 50 percent of EV battery waste in Europe.
