Wolf Theiss advises Joint Bookrunners on EUR 148.9 mn capital increase of S IMMO AG
S IMMO AG successfully increases its capital by issuing 6,691,717 new shares via an accelerated book-building procedure under exclusion of the shareholder’s subscription rights. The Wolf Theiss team, consisting of Claus Schneider, Matthias Schimka (both lead) and Alexander Haas, supported – together with Linklaters – J.P. Morgan Securities plc (as Sole Global Coordinator and Joint Bookrunner) and Erste Group Bank AG (as Joint Bookrunner and Subscription and Settlement Bank) as issuing banks.
