Wolf Theiss advises LongWing Energy Group on the sale of a wind farm in the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship with a capacity of nearly 25 MW to PGE Group

Warsaw, 27 September 2023 – LongWing Energy Group relied on the legal expertise of Wolf Theiss in the sale of Zalesie Wind Farm to PGE Energia Odnawialna, a subsidiary of the PGE Group.

The Wolf Theiss team advised LongWing Energy Group on the transaction with PGE Energia Odnawialna, which is currently the largest producer of green energy in Poland. Zalesie Wind Farm, with a capacity of almost 25 MW, was purchased upon receiving a generation license.

Wolf Theiss’ mandate involved drafting and negotiating the share purchase agreement, the documents necessary to repay the existing loans and financing instruments, and overall assistance with signing and closing the transaction.
