Wolf Theiss Advises on Successful Spin-Off of Oerlikon’s Slovak Nitriding Business

Bratislava, 5 September 2024 – Wolf Theiss announces its role in advising on the reorganisation of Oerlikon’s nitriding business in Slovakia. The restructuring resulted in the spin-off of the business into a standalone legal and operational entity, finalised on 1 September 2024.
