Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Bank International AG and M.M. Warburg & CO on the exchange offer and the issuance of a EUR 93,000,000 Green Bond of UBM Development AG

Vienna, 7 November 2024 – Wolf Theiss advised Raiffeisen Bank International AG and M.M.Warburg & CO as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners on the exchange offer of bonds issued by UBM Development AG in 2019 and 2021 and on the subsequent cash subscription offer of the EUR 93,000,000 7% Green Bond 2024-2029 of UBM Development AG.

UBM Development AG, an Austrian real estate developer, successfully closed the issuance of green bonds in the aggregate principal amount of EUR 93 million. The green bonds have a maturity of five years and were placed with institutional and retail investors with a coupon of 7 per cent. per annum. The green bonds are listed on the Official Market (Amtlicher Handel) of the Vienna Stock Exchange (Wiener Börse). The closing took place on 29 October 2024.

Raiffeisen Bank International AG and M.M.Warburg & CO were responsible for the exchange offer and the placement of the green bonds as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners. The banking consortium relied on the expertise of the Wolf Theiss DCM Team.
