Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisen Bank International AG as issuer on its issue of EUR 500,000,000 0.125 per cent. Extendable Mortgage Covered Bank Bonds due 2028 (XS2435783613).
Raiffeisen Bank International AG successfully closed the issue of Covered Bank Bonds in the aggregate principal amount of EUR 500 million. The notes with a coupon of 0.125 per cent per annum have a maturity of six years.
The issuance was placed with professional clients and eligible counterparties. The denomination is EUR 100,000 per note.
The notes are listed on the Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. The closing took place on 26 January 2022.
The notes were placed by Barclays Bank Ireland PLC, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, ING Bank N.V., Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanzario S.p.A. and Raiffeisen Bank International AG as joint lead managers. The banking consortium was advised by White & Case LLP, Frankfurt.
