Wolf Theiss advises Raiffeisenlandesbank Vorarlberg on its issue of a EUR 300 million bond

Raiffeisenlandesbank Vorarlberg Waren- und Revisionsverband registrierte Genossenschaft mit beschränkter Haftung has issued EUR 300,000,000 Mortgage Covered Bonds (ISIN: AT000B066907) under its notes programme. The bond has a tenor of 15 years and a coupon of 0.250 per cent per annum. The denomination is EUR 100,000. The bond was rated Aaa by Moody’s and is listed on the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange. Due to the high demand from institutional investors, the bond was three times oversubscribed. The closing of the transaction took place on 4 March 2021.

A bank consortium comprising DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale, DZ BANK AG Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Erste Group Bank AG, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and UniCredit Bank AG was responsible for placing the bond on the international capital market.
