Wolf Theiss advises STRABAG Group on the acquisition of B2 Assets in the Czech Republic

Prague, 9 December 2024 – Wolf Theiss advised the Austrian property services company STRABAG Property and Facility Services (STRABAG PFS) on its acquisition of the Czech building management company B2 Assets. This transaction significantly strengthens STRABAG PFS’s market position in the Czech Republic.

STRABAG PFS, one of Austria’s leading facility managers, has acquired 100% of B2 Assets with the aim of consolidating its market presence in the Czech Republic. The acquisition has been approved by the relevant antitrust authorities.

STRABAG PFS is an international provider of building solutions, managing diverse real estate and property assets, including offices, industrial sites, plants, technology buildings, data centres and residential properties. Its comprehensive service portfolio supports clients in the full spectrum of property management.

Founded in 2011, B2 Assets is engaged in facility management, covering all aspects of building maintenance. The company manages a portfolio of approximately 1.4 million sq. metres and counts among its clients notable companies such as Accolade, Amazon, Panattoni Europe and the Four Seasons Hotel Prague.

Wolf Theiss provided comprehensive legal counsel for the transaction, including negotiation of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA) and advice on competition and employment matters.
