Wien, 14. Oktober 2016 – Wolf Theiss berät TOTAL SA beim Verkauf ihrer im Bereich Spezialchemie tätigen Tochtergesellschaft Atotech B.V. TOTAL SA hat sich dazu entschlossen, das Angebot von The Carlyle Group (CG: Nasdaq) anzunehmen und erhält dafür EUR 3,2 Milliarden

Wolf Theiss is advising TOTAL S.A. in the sales process in questions regarding Austrian, Polish, Czech, Slovakian and Slovenian law. Jones Day was the Lead Counsel for TOTAL S.A.
