Wolf Theiss advises Veroniki Holding on the sale of Propangas

Vienna, 5 November 2024 – Wolf Theiss acted as lead counsel to Veroniki Holding SPA, an Italy-based investment company engaged in the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas. Wolf Theiss advised on the sale of Propangas GmbH, a wholesaler of liquid gas, to Doppler Beteiligungs GmbH, the Austrian investment arm of Doppler Mineröle. This transaction was announced on 31 October 2024.

Wolf Theiss provided legal support to the seller throughout the transaction, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and facilitating negotiations between the parties. The firm advised on the structuring of the deal and assisted with the necessary legal documentation.
