Wolf Theiss appoints four new partners

Vienna, 17 September 2024 – Wolf Theiss continues to strengthen its regional presence and legal expertise in CEE/SEE by appointing four new partners: Andreea Zvâc, Oleg Temnikov, Stefan Horn and Alexander Zollner.

The appointment of these four new partners in Bucharest, Sofia and Vienna reflects the law firm’s commitment to strategic growth and its dedication to expanding its interdisciplinary consulting portfolio across the region.

Andreea Zvâc is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice in Bucharest. She advises foreign investors on litigation and public procurement, with a focus on employment litigation. Over the past six years, Andreea has overseen employment disputes and collaborated on complex restructuring cases requiring dispute resolution expertise.

Oleg Temnikov is a member of the Projects, Regulatory and Dispute Resolution teams in Sofia. He has broad experience in projects, infrastructure, environmental regulation, commercial litigation and arbitration. Oleg specialises in advising on complex regulatory and dispute resolution matters, particularly within the infrastructure sector.

Stefan Horn is a member of the Real Estate and Construction team in Vienna. He specialises in real estate transactions, including tenancy law, hospitality and project development. Stefan regularly advises on property sales and acquisitions, particularly in the hotel and tourism sectors. His expertise extends to construction contract law, building rights and stamp duty law.

Alexander Zollner is part of the Dispute Resolution team in Vienna. He focuses on commercial disputes, particularly corporate, post-M&A and banking disputes. He represents clients in state courts and arbitral tribunals, handling cases under ICC, VIAC, DIS and Swiss Rules. Alexander frequently advises on arbitration-related matters and general commercial disputes.
