Unter der Leitung von Partner Peter Oberlechner waren Senior Associate Christian Frick sowie die Associates Victor-Leon Eggenberger und Natascha Johannik für die Einrichtung des Transaktionsdatenraums über die Wolf Theiss Transaktionsplattform “Space”, die Gestaltung des Bieterverfahrens, die rechtliche Steuerung des Transaktionsprozesses, Begleitung der Vertragsverhandlung sowie für Signing und Closing verantwortlich.
“Es freut uns, dass trotz der COVID-19 Krise ein weiteres Bieterverfahren über unsere Web-basierte Transaktionsplattform ‘Space’ für unsere Mandantin erfolgreich abgewickelt werden konnte”, erklärt Peter Oberlechner.
AFIAA versteht sich als Kompetenzzentrum für Immobilienanlagen im Ausland und bietet Produkte für Schweizer Vorsorgeeinrichtungen an. Die 2004 gegründete Anlagestiftung hat ihren Sitz in Zürich und ist mit Tochtergesellschaften in New York und Sydney vertreten. AFIAA verwaltet ein Immobilienvermögen von rund 3,3 Milliarden Schweizer Franken (per 31.12.2019). Für das Produkt AFIAA Global werden Büro- und Einzelhandelsimmobilien mit einem Investitionsvolumen von CHF 50 bis 150 Millionen erworben.
