Wolf Theiss further strengthens its Prague team. Experts in M&A, real estate, pharmaceuticals, IP, tax advisory and financial regulation are now on board

Wolf Theiss has expanded its portfolio of services offering assistance in pharmaceutical law. “For several years Kamila Seberová has advised key players in this industry on regulatory matters with a focus on intellectual property and unfair competition. She arrives with an excellent reputation and a proven track record, as evidenced, among others, by her selection as advisor by the Czech Association of Pharmaceutical Companies,” remarks Jitka Logesová, the Managing Partner at the Prague office of Wolf Theiss.

In addition to co-founding the Rada & Partner law firm, Kamila Seberová’s professional background includes ten years at Norton Rose Fulbright and a post with the Czech Patent Office.

Another major development is the arrival of Dita Šulcová, the leading Czech expert who will take over the tax advisory. Primarily specialising in international taxation, restructuring and tax aspects of M&A transactions, she enables the Prague office of Wolf Theiss to provide their long-standing clients with an ever-more comprehensive services.

Heading the local Real Estate practice, Radka Neničková strengthens the team with nearly 20 years of experience. She held senior positions at two international law firms and joins Wolf Theiss from a major real estate developer company. “In addition to her legal skills, Radka has tremendous market knowledge and a firm grasp of the real estate environment. This provides us with significant added value. Furthermore, she understands exceptionally well the practical aspects of our clients’ projects. It is this sector specialisation what is particularly valued by our clients,“ says Partner Robert Pelikán, Head of local Dispute Resolution and Competition practices.

Joining the firm as a senior member of the M&A team, Tereza Naučová will lead local and cross-border M&A transactions for major regional clients as well as other corporate law projects. Tereza brings with her more than ten years of experience offering legal advice in this area from her time at Kinstellar (and formerly Linklaters).
 
Filip Michalec joins the Banking & Finance team from Dentons. In addition to focusing on capital markets, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering, Filip is also engaged in the area of innovative financial services. “Our office has recently been working on a number of cutting-edge FinTech projects for key global companies. We have gained expertise that is available to very few and definitely wish to pursue this industry going forward,” says Robert David, Partner and Head of the Banking & Finance team.
