Wolf Theiss grows its corporate and LDR team in Budapest: with partner Ákos Erős a team of 4 lawyers join from Squire Patton Boggs
The members of the new team are widely recognized as leading corporate/M&A and litigation lawyers, with vast experience advising clients on a range of sophisticated domestic and cross-border matters.
Ákos Erős is a partner, specialized in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, MBOs, and other corporate matters. Over the years, he has also advised on some of the most important capital market transactions in Hungary. As the former Managing Partner of Squire Patton Boggs in Budapest, his experience, commitment to this profession, existing clientele and business approach will be a perfect complement to the Wolf Theiss team not only in Hungary but also regionally.
Judit Nádor is a senior associate, who focuses on corporate and employment law. She has a wide range of experience in merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate law and has participated in numerous privatizations and company acquisition procedures.
Artúr Tamási is a senior associate, who represents clients in Hungarian commercial litigations, Hungarian and international commercial arbitrations, enforcement proceedings, administrative proceedings and litigation as well as in litigious matters involving public law and criminal law.
Ágnes Budai is an associate, who will strengthen the well established Corporate/M&A team in Hungary. She focuses her practice on various areas of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, international business, telecommunication, competition and trademark matters.
