Wolf Theiss strengthens its practice in Poland with three legal professionals

Joining Wolf Theiss in the Corporate and M&A practice group is Damian Majda. His practice focuses on commercial law matters. He also has extensive experience representing clients in litigation and administrative proceedings. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Damian practiced with other prominent law firms in Warsaw and Łódź. He participated in the Eucotax Winterhouse International Workshops organized by the University of Tilburg, Holland.

Also joining Wolf Theiss in the Real Estate and Construction practice group is Robert Gorbaszewicz vel Gabrylewicz, a lawyer with over 12 years of experience in the areas of real estate sales and purchases, leasing, commercialization and investment, as well as corporate law. His real estate clients include developers, investors, construction companies, and other participants in the acquisition and investment process. Robert is also active in supporting international corporate clients, and his practice includes appearing in civil and administrative proceedings. Before joining Wolf Theiss, he worked with other prominent international law firms and also helped establish a very respected local real estate boutique.

Marek Sikorski, previously an of associate in PwC’s Warsaw office, focuses primarily on advising clients from various industries, including the financial services sector, on domestic and international tax issues. He supports clients both during the transaction process and in day-to-day business. Marek has participated in numerous projects involving corporate taxation, individual taxation, value added tax, and capital duty.
