Wolf Theiss Tirana advised the lead managers in the Albanian EUR 500 million Eurobond issue

Wolf Theiss Tirana acted as local counsel advising the joint lead managers Banca IMI, Citi and Societe Generale CIB in the new successful issue of a EUR 500 million seven-year Eurobond by the Government of Albania in November 2018 which was also combined with a EUR 200 million capped tender offer of the Government’s existing EUR 450 million 2015 Eurobond maturing in November 2020. Tirana Partner Sokol Nako, assisted by associate Kristaq Profkola, provided local legal assistance during the entire transaction.

Wolf Theiss Tirana also acted as local counsel on the 2015 Eurobond issuance advising Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan as joint leaders.
