Wolf Theiss welcomes Daniel Lungenschmid as new Partner in the Corporate and M&A Team

Vienna, 11 September 2024 – Wolf Theiss is pleased to announce that Daniel Lungenschmid will be joining our Vienna office as Partner in the Corporate and M&A team, effective 1 October 2024. Daniel brings a wealth of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and transaction advice.

Daniel’s impressive career spans over more than a decade during which he has gained significant expertise in handling complex cross-border M&A transactions and providing strategic legal advice to high-profile clients. His prior roles include Principal Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Vienna and a secondment as Legal Counsel to Mubadala Investment Company in Abu Dhabi. Daniel also publishes regularly on corporate law, having recently contributed e.g. to the “Praxiskommentar FlexKapGG” published by LexisNexis in 2024.
