Legal Assistants

At Wolf Theiss we understand that outstanding client service extends well beyond the lawyer-client relationship. The support provided by our legal assistants is crucial in maintaining our ability to deliver the excellent quality of service our clients have come to expect.

As a group of over 80 diverse and highly skilled individuals, our legal assistants are based throughout our 13 CEE offices. They provide high level support to our lawyers, thus helping them to complete their jobs more efficiently and effectively.

In order to work as a legal assistant for Wolf Theiss, we are looking for several qualifications in our successful candidates that we believe will make you the most competent in your role.

Firstly, you must be able to demonstrate initiative and have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. As a legal assistant, you will be responsible for communicating with clients, lawyers, and other professionals on a regular basis. It is important that you can effectively convey information and ideas, as well as actively listen to and understand others.

Meticulous attention to detail and organization is essential in this role. Legal documents can be complex and require a high degree of accuracy. You will be expected to manage multiple files, deadlines and tasks simultaneously. It is therefore imperative that you are well organised and able to prioritise your workload effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and legal research databases is a must in assisting you with the completion of tasks such as drafting and formatting legal documents, managing calendars, and conducting legal research.

A strong work ethic, punctuality and reliability are crucial. Legal assistants are expected to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on a consistent basis. The required skill-set includes a strong sense of responsibility, dependability, and time management, working towards common goals in a team-oriented environment.
